This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all usage of Profylee (“Platform”, “Company”). All users—including individuals, employers, freelancers, and company representatives—must comply with this Policy to protect platform integrity, security, and user experience.

By using Profylee, you agree to abide by this Policy.



1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Users must access and use Profylee:

  1. For lawful purposes

  2. In good faith and transparency

  3. Without violating the rights of others

  4. Without harming or disrupting the platform

Profylee reserves the right to monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.



2. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

The following activities are strictly prohibited:



2.1. Account & Identity Violations

  1. Creating fake or misleading accounts

  2. Impersonation or identity misuse

  3. Buying, selling, or transferring accounts

  4. Circumventing authentication systems

  5. Multi-account manipulation

  6. Registering under the age of 16



2.2. Security Violations

  1. Unauthorized access attempts

  2. Password cracking or brute-force attacks

  3. Token/session hijacking

  4. Exploiting vulnerabilities

  5. Launching DDoS or automated attacks

  6. Attempting to bypass security controls



2.3. Automation, Scraping & Bots

Strictly prohibited:

  1. Scraping or crawling user data

  2. Automated profile harvesting

  3. Using bots to interact with the platform

  4. Building integration tools without official API

  5. Extracting data for external services

  6. Automated marketplace manipulation

Profylee data cannot be collected, distributed, resold, or used to train external AI models.



2.4. Spam & Manipulation

Users may not:

  1. Send bulk or unsolicited messages

  2. Spam job offers or applications

  3. Repost identical content repeatedly

  4. Manipulate ratings, reviews, or matching systems

  5. Use bots or coordinated groups for influence



2.5. Harmful or Dangerous Content

Strictly prohibited:

  1. Hate speech, harassment, threats

  2. Discrimination of any kind

  3. Pornography or sexually explicit material

  4. Violence, weapons promotion, illegal activity

  5. Terrorism or extremist content

  6. Sharing personal data without consent



2.6. Copyright and Legal Violations

Prohibited:

  1. Uploading unlicensed materials

  2. Copyright infringement

  3. Distributing stolen or plagiarized work

  4. Misusing proprietary code, images, text or assets



2.7. Financial Fraud & Abuse

Absolutely forbidden:

  1. Posting fake jobs

  2. Requesting work without intent to pay

  3. Asking for off-platform payments

  4. Misusing Profylee Wallet

  5. Phishing, scam attempts

  6. Disappearing after receiving work or instructions



3. TECHNICAL USE RESTRICTIONS

Users may not:

  1. Reverse engineer any part of the platform

  2. Attempt to modify or inject code

  3. Manipulate cookies, sessions, or tokens

  4. Evade rate limits or access controls

  5. Use Profylee data in external AI training

  6. Build shadow integrations without permission



4. ENFORCEMENT & SANCTIONS

Depending on the severity of the violation, Profylee may apply:

  1. Warning

  2. Content removal

  3. Feature restrictions

  4. Temporary suspension

  5. Permanent account termination

  6. Legal reporting

  7. IP address blocking

Profylee reserves the right to take immediate action in severe cases.



5. POLICY UPDATES

Profylee may amend this Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated.
