2.3. Automation, Scraping & Bots

5. Using bots to interact with the platform

7. Building integration tools without official API
8. 
   
9. Extracting data for external services

11. Automated marketplace manipulation

Profylee data cannot be collected, distributed, resold, or used to train external AI models.

2.4. Spam & Manipulation

Users may not:

1. Send bulk or unsolicited messages

3. Spam job offers or applications

5. Repost identical content repeatedly

7. Manipulate ratings, reviews, or matching systems
8. 
   
9. Use bots or coordinated groups for influence

2.5. Harmful or Dangerous Content

1. Hate speech, harassment, threats

3. Discrimination of any kind

5. Pornography or sexually explicit material

7. Violence, weapons promotion, illegal activity

9. Terrorism or extremist content

2.6. Copyright and Legal Violations

Prohibited:

2.7. Financial Fraud & Abuse

7. Misusing Profylee Wallet

9. Phishing, scam attempts

11. Disappearing after receiving work or instructions

3. TECHNICAL USE RESTRICTIONS

Users may not:

1. Reverse engineer any part of the platform

3. Attempt to modify or inject code
4. 
   
5. Manipulate cookies, sessions, or tokens
6. 
   
7. Evade rate limits or access controls
8. 
   
9. Use Profylee data in external AI training
10. 
    
11. Build shadow integrations without permission

4. ENFORCEMENT & SANCTIONS

Depending on the severity of the violation, Profylee may apply:

3. Content removal

5. Feature restrictions

7. Temporary suspension

9. Permanent account termination

11. Legal reporting

13. IP address blocking

Profylee reserves the right to take immediate action in severe cases.
