MINOR PROTECTION POLICY

Profylee (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) is committed to ensuring the safety, dignity, and privacy of all users, especially minors. This Minor Protection Policy (“Policy”) establishes the rules, restrictions, safety controls, reporting channels, and moderation standards applicable to users under the age of 18.
This Policy applies to all Profylee modules and features:
Wall, Publish, Showcase, Works, Insight, Flow/Pool, Message, Wallet, Calendar, Analytics, AI processing, and all other platform components.
1. AGE REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Minimum Age Requirement: 16
Profylee strictly prohibits access to individuals under the age of 16.
- Users under 16 may not create an account.
- No personal data of children under 16 is knowingly collected.
- Accounts created through false age declaration will be immediately terminated.

- KVKK – Special protection for minors
- CPRA (California) – Minor data restrictions
- LGPD (Brazil) – Child data governance
Profylee sets 16 as the minimum age for global compliance.
2. AGE VERIFICATION
Profylee may use the following mechanisms to verify age:
- Age declaration during registration
- Profile behavior assessment
- Request for additional verification if age is suspected
- Review triggered by employer or user reports
- ID verification when necessary
Accounts with unverifiable or suspicious age information may be suspended.
3. USERS AGED 16–17 (MINOR USERS)

Users aged 16–17 may create an account and use Profylee, but they are subject to additional protections, restricted features, and enhanced safety controls as described below:
3.1. Financial Transactions & Wallet Restrictions
For users aged 16–17:
- Wallet, payment, and credit purchase features may be fully disabled, or
- Restricted according to safety requirements.
3.2. Employer Communication Safeguards
Communication with employers is allowed only if:
- The employer account is verified,
- The employer meets Profylee’s safety and trust criteria.
Suspicious or inappropriate communication patterns trigger automated reviews.
3.3. Enhanced Content Filtering
Profylee automatically restricts access to:
- Sexual content
- Nudity or erotic imagery
- Adult-oriented topics
- Graphic violence
- Substance-related content (alcohol, drugs)
- Gambling-related content
- Manipulative or psychologically harmful content
Such content is hidden or blocked entirely for minor users.
3.4. AI Interaction & Recommendation Limitations
Recommendations generated by AI—including:
- job matches
- candidate suggestions
- interaction recommendations
- search visibility
operate in Safe Mode for minor users, ensuring exposure only to appropriate profiles and content.
3.5. ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
Profylee implements the following protective systems for users aged 16–17:
A) Advanced Messaging Safety
All direct messages sent to minor users are subject to:
- automatic scanning for inappropriate language
- detection of grooming patterns
- detection of harassment or manipulation
- immediate prioritization if flagged or reported
Serious violations may result in instant account restrictions or termination.
B) Risky Behavior Detection
Profylee’s safety algorithms detect:
- inappropriate messages from older users
- requests for personal information
- suspicious job offers
- monetary solicitation
- manipulative or predatory behavior
Accounts showing harmful behavior can be automatically limited, suspended, or banned.
C) Employer Viewing Restrictions
Profiles of minor users can only be viewed by:
- verified company accounts
- high-trust employers
- entities with clean moderation history
Unverified or risky employers cannot interact with minor profiles.
D) Sensitive Content Blocking
Profylee automatically blocks content categories including:
- adult content
- violent or graphic imagery
- psychologically harmful content
- unsafe communities or suggestions
- high-risk external links
E) AI Safety Mode
AI systems automatically prevent:
- exposure to inappropriate profiles
- unsafe matches
- users requesting personal information
- interactions flagged as adult or risky
AI-generated suggestions for minors follow strict safety constraints.
F) Moderation Priority Escalation
All reports involving minor users are treated as high priority, and include:
- immediate review
- temporary lockdown if needed
- rapid escalation to safety specialists
G) Limited Visibility of Personal Information
The following are hidden by default for minor users:
- phone number
- email address
- social media links
- address or location details
These fields are not shown to other users unless the minor explicitly enables visibility.
H) High-Risk Feature Restrictions
The following platform features are disabled for minors:
- credit purchases
- financial transactions
- paid services or project submissions
- Wallet operations
- external payment links
4. ZERO-TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS
Profylee applies immediate and irreversible enforcement for the following toward minor users:
- sexual content, solicitation, or insinuation
- grooming or manipulation
- harassment, coercion, threats
- requests for personal data
- fraudulent job offers or monetary scams
- adult content exposure
- attempts to move communication off-platform
Violations result in instant permanent account termination and may be forwarded to law enforcement where required.
5. REPORTING & INCIDENT RESPONSE
Users may report unsafe behavior using the “Report” feature.
Urgent or high-risk concerns may be reported directly to:

6. DATA PROTECTION
Minor data is processed under heightened protection in compliance with:
