Profylee (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) sends commercial electronic communications only with your explicit consent.

This document explains the scope, purpose, channels, and legal basis of such communications, as well as your rights to withdraw consent at any time.

By giving consent, you authorize Profylee to contact you for commercial, promotional, and informational purposes within the framework of this policy.

  5. Notifications related to Profylee Works, Showcase, Publish, Wall, Flow, Pool and other modules

  7. Campaigns, discounts, and promotional offers

  9. Training, webinars, and event invitations

  11. Membership and subscription-related communication

  13. Personalized content, job suggestions, or recommendations

  15. Marketing and advertising messages

  17. User engagement and retention notifications

Mandatory communications (security warnings, password resets, legal notifications) are not considered commercial communications and do not require consent.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING CONSENT

  7. Profylee Works / Showcase / Publish notifications

  9. Personalized recommendations

However, mandatory system notifications (security alerts, account-related notices, legal updates) will still be delivered.
