3.3. Harassment, Threats, and Abuse

- Coercion or intimidation
- Physical or digital threats
- Bullying or targeted harassment
3.4. Fraud, Scams, and Malicious Behavior
- Fake profiles
- Fraudulent job or service postings
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
- Requests for money or fees through deceptive claims
- Phishing links
- Account hacking attempts
3.5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Infringement (DMCA, WIPO, FSEK)
You may not upload:

- licensed material without rights
- stolen or misappropriated content
Violations may lead to removal or account suspension.
3.6. Illegal Activities

- Drug distribution
- Weapons trafficking
- Money laundering

- Encouraging harm, violence, or unlawful acts
3.7. Unauthorized Sharing of Personal Data
You may not post:

3.8. Spam & Low-Quality Content
- Repetitive posts
- Mass messaging
- Self-promotion with no professional value
- Misleading clickbait
- Automated/bot-generated spam
4. AI-RELATED CONTENT RULES
AI content on Profylee must follow strict standards.
- Users are responsible for all AI-generated content they share.
- Deepfake or manipulated content is prohibited.
- Misleading AI-generated material may be removed.
- AI insights may not be used to harass, discriminate, or manipulate others.
5. EMPLOYER & COMPANY BEHAVIOR POLICY
Employers and companies must:
- Treat candidates respectfully
- Avoid discrimination
- Provide accurate job information
- Not request personal data unlawfully
- Not post misleading or harmful job listings
- Not demand payment from candidates
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
