2. Total Price, Taxes, and Additional Fees

- There are no hidden or additional charges.
- No physical delivery or shipping fees apply.
3. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
Because the purchased product is instant digital content, the User:
➡ Has no right of withdrawal once the digital service is delivered.
This complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Digital Goods), UK CRA, and TKHK Article 15/ğ.
Profylee provides a separate “Refund & Cancellation Policy” for exceptional cases.
4. Payment and Delivery
- Digital credits are delivered immediately after successful payment.
- Payment is securely processed by PayTR, Paddle, or Wallet.

2️⃣ DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (DIGITAL GOODS & WALLET CREDITS)

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between:
Seller / Service Provider: Profylee (“Company”)
Buyer: Registered Profylee User (“User”)
This Agreement governs the purchase of digital Wallet Credits and other digital services on Profylee.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the terms of:
- Purchase
- Payment
- Delivery
- Usage rules
- Non-refundable nature
of Profylee’s Wallet Credits and other digital SaaS services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The User may purchase:
- Wallet Credit Packages
- Employer recruiting modules
- Visibility & analytics tools
- Profile optimization services
- Works/Flow/Pool premium features
These products are intangible digital goods delivered instantly.
3. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
This Agreement becomes binding when the User clicks:
➡ “Buy Now / Purchase” on the payment page.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments are processed via PayTR, Paddle, or Profylee Wallet.
- Prices shown at checkout are final.
- Wallet Credits cannot be refunded as cash, transferred, or resold.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
- Wallet Credits are delivered to the User’s account instantly.
- Delivery requires no physical shipment.
6. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For digital services that are delivered immediately:
➡ The User has NO right to withdraw or cancel after delivery.
This is compliant with:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive – Digital Goods
- UK Consumer Rights Act
- US SaaS norms
- TKHK Article 15/ğ (Turkey)
7. REFUND CONDITIONS
Refunds may only be issued if:
- Payment was made but credits were not delivered
- A duplicate purchase occurred
- A technical error caused the purchase
- Profylee confirms a system-related issue

8. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to:
- Not misuse Wallet Credits
- Not engage in fraudulent transactions
- Not exploit refund systems
- Use the Platform in compliance with Profylee policies
9. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
Profylee must:
- Deliver credits promptly
- Maintain accurate accounting
- Provide support for payment failures
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, the governing jurisdiction is the courts of Profylee’s registered head office.

3️⃣ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
(For Wallet Credits & Digital Services)

Profylee provides digital content that is delivered instantly, therefore:
➡ Refunds are not available except in very limited circumstances
➡ Withdrawal rights do not apply
This policy ensures fairness while protecting the integrity of the Wallet system.
1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)
Users cannot cancel or withdraw after purchasing digital credits because:
- The product is delivered instantly
- It is consumed digitally
- It cannot be “returned”
This complies with international digital content laws.
2. CASES WHERE REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED
A full refund may be granted if:
✔ Credits were not delivered due to technical failure
✔ A duplicate/accidental purchase occurred
✔ Payment was completed but the service was not activated
✔ Profylee determines that an error occurred on its side
3. CASES WHERE REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Refunds will NOT be given when:
❌ Credits are partially or fully used
❌ User selected the wrong package
❌ User “changed their mind”
❌ Abuse or fraud is suspected
❌ The credit was used for job or candidate visibility features
4. REFUND PROCESS
Users must submit a request to:

Bank settlement times may vary depending on provider (PayTR/Paddle).
5. FRAUD & MISUSE PROTECTION
Profylee reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Block fraudulent accounts
- Deny refunds in cases involving misuse
